I suggest we add a link to this CoC

Personaly I don't get this whole CoC thing. For me it could be just 'be kind to each other', and even that is needless to say imho.
But about this particular one, I don't see anything there that I wouldn't like to see. One concern is a section about blocking and banning people, is there a way to do this in github ?

Hi @Biegal. It's not so much about us but for vulnerable people. I know that we are nowhere big to foster that kind of behaviour and we're all mature and reasonable adults, but if the site ever picks up and becomes big, then this would be a "good-to-have".

Regarding the banning, I did a quick GoogleBing and I got this: https://help.github.com/articles/blocking-a-user/

Again, open to feedback as before. It will have to be a common/team decision.
