Make source code of caliper-ember available #1

I've overridden the link-to helper in ember to allow for action parameters (using http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16124381/combine-linkto-and-action-helpers-in-ember-js)
but sometimes that doesn't work.

I've identified that this is due to something caliper adds, but it's not easy to debug it without the caliper sources.
