Research Request - GTFS Digest Aggregation on Agency Level

Research Question

After aggregating some of the metrics in the GTFS Digest portfolio onto the agency level for a request from UCLA, incorporate this aggregation in the middle of the pipeline instead of the end.

How will this research be used?

This new dataset can be incorporated in the current GTFS Digest portfolio by operator and in a new portfolio on a district level.
