Work with Caitlin to develop a SOP for agency intro emails and follow ups

From Caitlin via Slack: if there’s an SOP for intro emails and what comes after them, I’m happy to review and/or maybe we can set up some time in early September to walk through a workflow and see if we can come up with some new angles.

@ninadinh-la Added my running doc with various email drafts and some Hubspot examples. I am going to share this with Caitlin via Slack.

After the call today, the action steps include:

• revising current intro and F/U emails to fit the tips that were discussed.
• send drafts of any F/Us to Caitlin for review
• think in the context of creating pipelines for these emails. For example, are there certain groups? Are the tiers affective in identifying the communication? Is there a pattern for unresponsive agencies?
