Dependencies

A list of dependencies can be installed with

pip3 install -r .\requirements.txt

Make sure torch-scatter torch-sparse torch-cluster match the version of torch and cuda. For example,

pip install torch-scatter torch-sparse torch-cluster -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-2.5.1+cu118.html

Data

Download the data separately from and repalce the empty 'data' folder
