Jenkins image build failed due to downloading plugins faild #171

What happened:
When i try to use jenkins-2.101 dockerfile to build a image,there are some errors happened for downloading plugins like:

Downloading plugins: git from https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/jenkins/plugins/git/latest/git.hpi
Failed to download plugins:git or git-plugin

but if i use wget or curl can download these plugins.
