This meta-issue will track improvements I would like to make to our capacity metrics and tracking.

Automate snapshotting at start and end of sprint (currently manual with a button press) #342
Exclude PRs from Sprint Summary table #344
Add Project to Sprint Summary table #343
Some way of snapshotting the first time an issue gets added to a sprint (as an approximation of when work started) #345
Create metrics for committed vs completed
Create metrics for unplanned work
