No erg mode in workout session

Describe the bug
Erg mode is not working while doing a workout session in Zwift.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Zwift
2. Click on workout
3. Scroll down to any workout
4. Erg mode is on, but not doing anything.

Expected behavior
Change gears so the requested watt can be made
