Issue with Preset Creation in the Preset Op

How to reproduce:
Create a new preset, give it a name, set values. All is fine.
Create a second preset and provide it a name. The second preset is not displayed and not shown as an item in the dropdown. The user accidentally believes that they are still editing the first op. Clicking out of the preset op and back in will show that the second preset is actually selected.
