Suggestion: Let cabal still running when the window is closed

Feature request: When closing the window, Cabal would still continue to run in the background (in the Windows tray, or its equivalent in other OSes).

This would make Cabal's behaviour more in line with other messaging apps like Telegram or Discord. Also, it would be particularly useful for Cabal since that would mean more users who stay connected and continue relaying messages.

this, I personally think, will be a cool add on. Feel free to make a PR. I would have taken this up myself, but we are on the process of rewriting the entire cabal-desktop.
