Android Studio 的设计理念到底是怎么想的，有无大佬解答下。

我每次打开 Android Studio，他一定要去下载更新某些 jar 包，然后导致一个问题：我上一次能正常编译，项目正常，我重启后，项目就编译不了了，黑人问号脸？？？

一个好的 IDE，比如 Visual Studio 和 Visual Studio Code 或者 Pycharm，我关闭前什么样，下次打开就什么样，关闭前能编译，下次再打开就能编译！结果 Android Studio 就不这样，你这次编译成功，下次再打开就编译不过，就是牛！
