Please add the license under which this work is published.

The aim of mvdXML is to be an open standard published by buildingSMART International Ltd.
Similar to IFC (http://www.buildingsmart-tech.org/ifc/IFC4/final/IFC4.exp) I would expect the same copyright notice.
I am not aware of other license agreements, but I have to double check.
