ISO 8601 allows shortened date formats: just a year:
YYYY ±?Y+YYYY
and year and month:
YYYY-MM (possibly also ±?Y+YYYY-MM)
The way I read the current spec for IfcDate, these shortened date formats are not allowed.
Is that correct?
