Four steps:
- Run this:
bash <(curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/buddyup/dev-setup/master/setup.sh) - Reboot.
- Run it again.
- Reboot. You're done!

Lots of details and screenshots there if you're curious, but you shouldn't need them.
Broadly, we use docker, and docker-os-x for file-syncing goodness.
