If this is required, you probably need to have a conversation with John (who is the only person our our team with a .org sandbox, as far as I know) to get that committed/deployed. If WP's docs already have this, this is probably an easy svn copy/paste. If it's a new plugin, it's going to have to be code reviewed first.
