[Migrate]: Filters & Constants Reference

What needs to be done?

It needs to be updated to inform about slugs deprecated constants, and check if some others are missing.

Tasks to accomplish

• This task has been added to the "Todo" panel of the Documentation project.
• The corresponding line of the data/README.md Pages list has been marked as "Migrate issue/task created".
• A PR has been submitted to the BuddyPress GH repository, it has been linked to this issue/task & the task was moved to the "In progress" panel of the Documentation project.
• The PR has been converted to a SVN patch and committed to the BuddyPress SVN repository & the task was moved to the "Done" panel of the Documentation project.

As mentioned during Docs-chat (09-18-2024), I will be working this issue in conjunction with issue #4 due to the relevancy of information as it pertains to BuddyPress Constants.

IMO, Filters will be split off into a different chapter/document, e.g., Hooks (Actions & Filters), that will have it's own issue, currently, there is a discussion #292 that is acting as a placeholder for future consideration for this (Hooks) information.
