[FEATURE REQUEST] store default mount options in FS header

I mean ability to store options like noatime, lazytime, per subvolume. I need exactly these two. I think, some other options are also possible.

Please don't use this repository for such requests, issues are used for patch tracking and nothing else. We currently don't have a dedicated place, the wiki is read-only and the feature requests are scattered everywhere. I'll move this issue to btrfs/btrfs-todo .
