Hi @dklawren, I haven't used Helix so I'm not totally sure, but here's a suggestion worth trying:
I based this on the discussion in helix-editor/helix#340 and how I've set the configuration in other editors. If this or similar technique works, it would be great to have some documentation on how to use and configure the Perl Navigator in Helix. |

I'm using helix as Perl editor and both pertidy and perlcritic work fine. I have .perlcriticrc and .perltidyrc in home directory and here's my Helix language file: https://github.com/agrinevich/_dot/blob/main/.config/helix/languages.toml |

Hey all, I'm having a problem which is similar but not completely the same. Helix reconfigured their This is what I have now: [[language]]
name = "perl"
file-types = ["PL","pl","pm","t","pod","cpanfile"]
[language-server.perlnavigator.config]
includePaths = ["./blib/lib","./blib/arch"] Many thanks. |

I am currently using the Helix Editor and have basic Perl LSP working using the downloaded perlnavigator executable.
My current Helix configuration looks like:
My question is, using the CLI tool for LSP support in Helix, is there a preferred way to pass configuration settings to the perlnavigator executable? For example if I wanted to specify a custom .perlcriticrc location in VSCode I would set
perlnavigator.perlcriticProfile
to the location of the rc file as well as configuring other settings. I do not see in the docs how to do that with the CLI executable or within the settings of the Helix languages.toml file. Has anyone else done this with Helix?Thanks!
