Can mine infinite times blocks under locked doors

I use the 2.10.10 version on mc1.18 server (paper/spigot)
When we put a lockettepro on a door and the door is on a diamand block, players can mine the diamand block and get the item but still cannot destroy and remove the block ..
That's making infinite duplicate mining of block and it is not good for the economy of the server ...
