Hi,
I wouldn't mind, but I'd like to first know what's the correct packaging for this kind of nugets in order to be a good citizen.
The one up at bintray is mostly just a .zip with metadata.

Do you know what would be expected of such a nuget? Separate nugets for the .exe and .dll?

I think it varies between authors. I like the structure that you currently have, and I think it would be fine to publish them all together.

Are you actively developing/managing this tool? if so, are you planning to release future versions of this tool as nuget packages.?
