Shared Folders showing up everyware

Ik I share folders with a user that works well. The user sees the folders. The problem is when that user makes a new folder, the folders I share with him Keep showing up all the time in the new folders he makes.

By example. Im User A, and my friend is user b. I "user A" share folders with user B. He gets them in the list. Then user B creates 2 new folders, F1 and F2. By default the shared folders from user a show up in the list of User b folders F1 and F2.

Any Idea how this is possible?

It is not an issue.
Shared folders are always available for destination users in the top of the page.
Maybe a line for separate both shared folders and normal folders would be necessary.
But the color and the shape are differents. So ???
