A user wrote in to the forum asking if there is a way to get the sex karyotype-stratified allele frequency for variants within a gene. Specifically, this user appears to have used the "Export variants to CSV" button to download variants from a gene page and is looking for sex karyotype-split frequencies in that downloadable file format.
I downloaded a CSV of the variants in PCSK9 using this button and confirmed it doesn't contain the sex-stratified frequencies. Would it be possible to add the following seven columns to this file?
