What are the differences between 20x and 60x?

And why are here only two plates (e.g., 132672 132673)? Am I understanding this correctly that there are two plates, and the neuronal cells and isogenic cells are replicated for 8 times across the two plates as indicated by the plate map? I may have incorrectly thought we had 8 plates instead.

There should only be two plates. Each plate was imaged at both 20X and 63X.

Every cell on the plate is neuronal. There are 44 cell lines from human patients and 4 samples from isogenic lines.

A question for @shntnu, I'd assume I shall go with the 63X profile data first since that is higher resolution?

Let's continue using broadinstitute/NeuroPainting#21 (comment) to discuss
