In general, genesis JSON file is represented as 6 fields, so the static table is supposed to be like:

genesis_time DATETIME,
chain_id: STRING,
initial_height: NUMBER,
consensus_params: JSON STRING,
app_hash: STRING,
app_state: JSON STRING

Then we can parse it via materialized views according to any issue
