How can I Determining whether a user has actually submitted a review or clicked the submit button in the in-app review?

Based on this issue: #92
I don't think the Android doesn't support this.
https://developer.android.com/guide/playcore/in-app-review/kotlin-java#launch-review-flow

The flow has finished. The API does not indicate whether the user
reviewed or not, or even whether the review dialog was shown. Thus, no
matter the result, we continue our app flow.
