To help avoiding confusion, there could be a more verbose description of the account:

Day since free credits recharge: 5
Free credits used insofar: 1445.8143 / 2000
Paid credits used insofar: see OpenAI and PerplexityAI account
Queries used (free/paid): 454

Or anything that gives more insights about the numbers shown.

Credits -> used or remaining? free or paid or both?
Queries -> free or paid or both?
Day: since beginning or since last recharge or until next recharge?
Where to see the "paid credits" account balance?
