Show block connections before full files connection

Right now I can see entire files suggested by Smart Connections on top of all suggestions, above suggested blocks. To reach the suggested blocks I have to scroll down. Quite often I wish to see the content of the proposed blocks straight away. It can be done, but all the files and blocks will be shown in full. As the files themselves are very lengthy, the blocks' texts appear a few dozen mouse scrolls down. It would be good to let the user decide where complete files or their blocks should be on the top of the list suggested by Smart Connections. Or even choose if only blocks/files should be shown.
