[Feature Request] How about using (custom) JFR events for observability?

This would in my opinion

1. open up HikariCP for any telemetry framework to be analyzed and exported.
2. could replace the current metrics exporting
3. may have lower performance impact than the metrics framworks
4. but still could externally be streamed to any metrics fw

P.S.: I'm willing to contribute if it is of interest.
