Hi there!

I can only imagine that there was an issue with the script because of how you downloaded it. It shouldn't begin with <!DOCTYPE html>, rather #!/bin/bash.

Try downloading the script from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/brettalton/rsync-over-ssh/master/rsync.sh and try again!
