How to make tkinter images work

So im making a prank on my friend that will put up bouncing images and a audio using tkinter,pygame,traceback,image
how to edit the code so the images and etc work,beacuse it just gives a error that it couldnt find a image in the directory(i put it into the exe)When i do put the things needed inside of the folder works fine
