Now that SmartThings-MyQ is dead ... I found this ECOLINK ZWAVE GARAGE DOOR CONTROLLER ([https://www.aartech.ca/gdzw7-eco?utm_source=aartechnews&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=febnews]) ... and it works nicely. Installation was as simple as plugging in the two wires into the motor and adding the controller into SmartThings - and done.
