Support for mujoco2.1 is desired

Hi Brandon,

Thanks a lot for contribution on the offline MBO.
I am playing with your code. The problem for me is that all your repos are based on mujoco2.0, which as we know is not free access and deepmind has released the free-access V2.1.

Could you update your code to be comparitble with mujoco2.1 so more people can really play with your code?
To me, it really takes me very long time to deal with the difference between mujoco2.1 and mujoco2.0.
