Does auto-detection work thought a light group?

I had my lights manually configured until I realized that they are supported. I commented the sensors, rebooted and tried it without the manual conf section, but the sensor doesn't appear. Even adding the model as above doesn't work.

Do I have to add every light independently?

And if I want to create a powercalc entity for say all the workspace lights:

• Can I specify the area, but also that I only want lights to be added?
• Is it possible to create the main entity without creating a powercalc entity for every entry?
  As I understand the documentation, seems to say that it will create a sensor for each light and then other for the sum of them. I only want the aggregation.
