@dllussier I want to try using dypac with the HPC preprocessed data, is amal's preprint (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.03.02.972760v1.full) the best resource for what exactly dypac does? or is it significantly different?

There are some differences between the paper and the current Dypac, namely that in the paper a seed-based analyses was used while whole-brain is used in the current version. Please note also that there has been an updated Dypac release this weekend. It is recommended to reinstall if you have not done so already.

at this stage the best reference for what dypac exactly does is the code. It is relatively short and readable, I hope.
