Your project seems super interesting! I'd be really interested in seeing the results. I'm curious as to which variables you plan on analyse using Similarity Network Fusion exactly.

Hi!
I haven't read the Similarity Network Fusion paper carefully yet, but Peer recommended it as a method to combine features for prediction so I was planning on working out what different features I could produce from the rfMRI data and looking at SNF from there. Does that sound about right @PeerHerholz ?
