Question about the dataset

Hi Elise, your project seems really interesting. I was wondering whether your dataset contains only brains with pathogenic genetic variant? If so, will your model be more biased towards the pathogenic genetic variant?

Hey !
In fact UK Biobank is a general population.
The carriers of pathogenic variants are rare in these kind of population,
So there will be a majority of controls.
I will generate subsamples and do my best to avoid unbalanced number of carriers vs. controls.
