would be nice if the menu scrolled you to the relevant section of the screen as it's unclear to the user otherwise if you're still on the same page or not. also would be nice if the relevant menu item was highlighted as you scrolled past the relevant section.

Scroll is implemented. The tab code works and has been commented out in index.html. I need to resolve the site navigation issue before re-implementing this.
