mutmut show 0 shows a stacktrace for a ValueError

When the index given to mutmut show i is out of bounds you get a stacktrace rather than a user friendly error message.

I just released mutmut 3, which is a big rewrite. I believe this issue no longer applies anymore. Feel free to reopen it if it still exists.
