[Bug]: Webcam Won't start using the PalTalk app.

Describe the bug

I tried starting my webcam using the PalTalk app. The webcam is detected and listed by the application however it will not start.

To Reproduce

1. Install Bottles
2. Go to Paltalk and create a free account.
3. Download the Paltalk.exe file and install it in bottles.
4. If Usb, plub in your webcam and start the PalTalk app.
5. Go to settings, video and try starting the webcam.
