I'd like to have a pre and post backup script, to list all installed packages, flatpaks and gnome extensions, so that they get backed up, and then maybe a post backup script which just deletes these afterwards. I'm using Fedora Linux.
My pre-backup script works fine when I use Pika backup, but as I'd like to have 2 repositories for the same config I've decided to look into using Vorta. It also works fine when I run it manually in the terminal. However, when I run it as part of a Vorta backup, the script returns a non-zero code. The 2 directories are created, as is the dnf_packages.txt file, but it's empty.
I believe it may be an environment or similar issue (as I have Vorta as a flatpak), but I'm not 100% sure. There's nothing in the Vorta logs about the pre-backup script being run, never-mind it encountering an issue.
