Sorry, not really an Issue, but I saw that you were updating this plugin again a bit in Aug. 2018.

Any chance this could see a revival for WP5?

I did do a few updates in response to some specific queries that came in.

I'm afraid I don't have the bandwidth to do a full review of the plugin functionality for another release. It's likely that you can massage what's here to make it work with the latest versions of WP - and I'm glad to accept PRs or other suggestions on how to increase capability - but I won't be able to devote significant time to maintaining it in the foreseeable future.
