Display transactions as accordion

Can split them into sections, maybe nest accordions, focus on simplifying layout with most relevant information displayed first. Also make it easier to scroll/view the list.

• the header should be the block time, block height, contract name (split string), function name, status
• the remaining displayed info should be in an accordion titled Transaction Details: sender address, fee rate, anything else?
• the contract call details should be in an accordion titled Contract Call Details, collapsed by default
• the function arguments should be in an accordion titled Function Arguments, collapsed by default
