Retain Search box height on larger font options

This will improve the menu in a few key ways, one being that it will be easier to move the emblems and icons around when needed. This will also help the classic styles as it will lower the amount of bitmaps needed. It may be difficult in terms of scaling, but I should be able to get pretty close overall. I've already made an attempt on the Classic style as-is, but scaling still isn't where I would like it to be.
