Allow importing camera settings from SpinView

For interacting with PointGrey cameras, et al.

Expose settings as params in the Property panel, ATM only ColorProcessing and Index of camera are configurable, consider exposing, if not the full spinnaker API some main configuration parameters, e.g.:

• enable/disable trigger mode
• set framerate
• set ROI
  ...

It will probably be easiest simply to import an exported settings file from SpinView, similar to how it works with Basler cameras.
