well config.txt it is, openai's chatGPT has spoken. or cfg/conf(gemini make that decision later

i.e., mpdignore.conf or mpdignore.ini makes more sense in context of /etc/mpd.conf than does a ~/.config/mpdignore/config.ini

Decided on mpd-extended.cfg since both mpdignore and the mpd-scripts will use the same config file.
