Numpy has released 2.0 and this has caused Howdy to fail with the below issue
#928

The report was closed as the reporter found a solution in downgrading their numpy package to 1.26.

If the intention is to support future numpy versions, please close this ticket and reopen 928

this will be supported on the next dlib release as per #928
