I've been setting up Howdy with everything I need, and it works great, apart from swaylock. I've tried adding both lines (each line at a time);
auth sufficient /lib/security/pam_howdy.so auth sufficient pam_unix.so try_first_pass likeauth nullok
To the files below, to no avail.
/etc/pam.d/swaylock /etc/pam.d/system-auth /etc/pam.d/system-local-login /etc/pam.d/system-login
I can confirm that Howdy is working correctly, since it works with sudo, with it just gets it from system-auth.
sudo
system-auth
If anyone can help me figure this out, I would really appreciate it.
I've searched for similar issues already, and my issue has not been reported yet.
Linux distribution (if applicable): Arch Linux
Arch Linux
Howdy version (sudo howdy version): Howdy 3.0.0 Beta
