As a user, I want to click a button to share a Resource with others so that I can send Resources to others when relevant

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

[] Share button is present in header on individual Resources
[] Tapping the share button opens a native sharing dialog on Android
[] Tapping the share button opens a native sharing dialog on iOS
