I'd like to suggest the addition of advertools to your list (a free and open-source Python library and command line tool), maybe under the Tools section.

Some of the SEO functionality it contains:

  • robots.txt parser and bulk tester
  • XML sitemap bulk parser
  • SEO crawler
  • SEO headers crawler (sending only HEAD requests)
  • Log file parser, supporting any log format
  • Bulk SERP analysis by connecting to the custom search API
  • Bulk reverse DNS lookup
