provide a version command

Feature description
some LSPs provide the versioning of the program via --version of -v,
@neovim/nvim-lspconfig just added a feature where you can see the version of the LSP, as shown in the screenshot bellow.

Describe the solution you'd like
provide a flag to the intelephense command to get the current installed version.

intelephense --version
